Kipawa Sato is an initiative by youths from the country aimed at helping budding artists to develop and exploit their given artistic talents.

It is a cumulative effort between different partners but its success is accredited to the artists from the Kenya cultural centre (The Others Productions) and  Ms Alakie Mboya(Shangari Communications). It was positively received and the numbers of people reached grew drastically due to the combination of mass media (Citizen TV) to help sell the ideology.

With the added television promotion Kipawa Sato reached Kenyans from all walks of life for a period of 8 months, and when finally the live performances ended it was clear that all over the country there are talents that can be harnessed if the right process is put in place.

That acted as the pilot and Kipawa Sato 2.0 seeks to feel the loopholes in the original Kipawa Sato while at the same time help achieve the main objective:Promoting creative arts and assist the youths to make meaningful livelihood from their God-given talents. Through this initiative we will be able to spread over the ideologies that have always left the youth behind in all areas of development.

The Others Productions (Kenya) seeks partnerships in a multi-stage arts and development project dubbed Kipawa Sato 2.0 This will involve a group of artists, art center's, and other stakeholders to compliment the success of Kipawa Sato across the country. The programme will provide direct benefits to the young people and their community, as well as broader benefits to Kenyan audiences and performing artists.
